Jackson’s Bakery

Starting a new job can be a daunting prospect. Jackson’s Bakery approached Colada to create a corporate induction video to use as part of their induction process in order to give new starters a feel for their culture, values and ease their nerves.

Colada collaborated with the team at Jackson’s to produce internal communications and capture footage that represented all of their sites, departments and demonstrated their values.

Interviews with employees from a variety of roles narrate the video, sharing their experiences and advice, many of whom will become familiar faces to the new starters.

Jackson’s have production facilities in Hull and Corby with capacity to produce nearly 3 million loaves of bread a week.

If you’ve had a food-to-go sandwich or picked up a loaf of bread from Co-Op there is a good chance it’s been made by the team at Jackson’s. 

Their own brand, Jackson’s of Yorkshire, is available nationwide in supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Tesco, Morrisons and more.
