Hager contacted Colada to produce a series of video content that would enable its in-house technical team to help customers diagnose installation queries on site when installing electronic devices and components.

Hager was finding that its contact centre diagnostic team was spending a lot of time on the phone to customers explaining simple queries that could be more effectively explained through video.

The videos were filmed at Hager’s UK Training Academy, a modern state of the art training facility based at the company’s Telford Headquarters.

The videos were presented by Hager’s own in-house engineers to explain the installation processes.

The series of videos were produced to be clear, simple and to the point, which enables the consumer to efficiently install equipment without frustration, which we all know too well!
