Energize County Sports Partnerships has a mission: to improve lives and empower communities through the power of physical activity and sport.

Energize uses video to show the benefits of the initiatives it undertakes in the community. Colada produces case studies and promotional videos that are used on the Energize website and social media channels to increase awareness and participation.

Sport and physical activity have huge benefits for everybody in both physical and mental health. Energize works with service providers and other partners to connect people of all abilities with activities that are suitable for their individual needs
