Aon Hybrid Events

Colada worked with multinational professional services firm Aon to produce and deliver a series of hybrid conference events.

Aon’s objective was to increase accessibility and create a remote experience that matched that of in person attendees. A selection of sessions were streamed live via event app Cvent, which allowed both remote and in person attendees to submit questions and take part in polls.

In addition to the in venue connectivity Colada provided mobile broadband backup and the ability to seamlessly switch in the event of an outage.

After the event Colada created clips of each session complete with branding and captioning (subtitles) to increase accessibility. This additional versioning gives the content new life and allows Aon to share with a wider audience.

To build interest in the following years conference Colada combined footage captured at the events with attendee feedback and stats to create a promo.
